When you smoke you form associations. For example when I used to smoke, having a coffee while cigarette smoking was part of my life. My point here is that you might have associations with cigarette smoking that you think you might loose and you don’t want to loose them … no worries, with hypnosis you can create other positive associations instead of the negative ones.
Similar idea with food … you will enjoy more your food … some people will say, wait a minute I don’t want to gain weight … well enjoying food means that you will know how to eat so you can control and manage your ideal weight.
