When you open your eyes, take a few seconds … see, feel, live the present moment … you are alive … that’s right you are alive NOW … appreciate that and thanks God, life or the universe right now in the present.

Enjoy the moment.

You might have many reasons to complain … pains, problems, debts, disease, betrayal, the neighbor, the government, without money to pay for electricity, etc … but NOW, at this time, only think of NOW … You Are Alive.

Breathe and enjoy the Present Moment.

Look around and focus on what you have NOW.

Enjoy the NOW for a few seconds or minutes … do not think about yesterday or later, just enjoy the moment, that’s right just enjoy the NOW.

Smile, NOW. Feel your body NOW.

Count your blessings … I can tell you already you have at least two … one, you are alive. Two you have access to Internet. Think about it, how many millions of people didn’t wake up today. Have many millions of people, don’t have Internet.
