Let’s first do a distinction, Hypnosis can be used for no-therapeutic changes, Hypnotherapy, the use of hypnosis for therapy, is used for the treatment of many medical and psychological problems.

Both Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy are safe, you are always in control, cost-effective and side effect-free.

Hypnosis is a powerful process that can be used to create positive changes in your life. Basically is bypassing the critical factor of your conscious mind and accessing your subconscious. By doing that the suggestions to your subconscious are more easily accepted and change works better and faster. At the same time it is important to realize that Hypnosis is not Psychotherapy.

Hypnosis can also be used in conjunction with cognitive behaviour therapies.

Let’s clarify that there are other two other sides to Hypnosis. The one related to the spiritual and mystical side of hypnosis. The fantastic power of hypnosis to help our spiritual side, and at the other end those who compare hypnosis to a placebo (they are not the same).
