Who can be hypnotized?
Almost any one. People with very low IQ, mental problems are difficult to hypnotize. Many Professionals of Hypnosis recommend that people that suffer Epilepsy should not be hypnotized.
Is is important to notice here that some people believe that only ignorant people or gullible people can be hypnotized. This is totally false.
To be Hypnotized or to do Self-Hypnosis you need to be able to concentrate and follow instructions. Some people get into hypnosis or self-hypnosis very easily and others take more time, and it is not a matter of intelligence.
Hypnosis and Self-Hypnosis depend a lot in your attitude to them. If it is your first time you try Hypnosis or Self-Hypnosis and you are open minded then it will be easier that if you totally against Hypnosis.
Other important point here is that Hypnosis and Self-Hypnosis are not like you see them in movies, theatres and/or stage hypnosis.
It is not that you are going to be unconscious or under the control of the hypnotist.
